Zimasa, (Zim), is a phenomenal woman. Being disabled has never been an obstacle in her quest to be all she can be in life. A single mother of two, she enrolled at the Petro SA Centre of Excellence as a trainee rigger and qualified. Prior to this, she obtained a diploma in Human Resource Management, and thereafter her qualification as a rigger, further enhanced her capacity with a diploma in safety management.

Matome completed his Rigging Apprenticeship with Murray & Roberts and at the same time studying towards a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, which he obtained in October 2013. An innovative and motivated young man, Matome commenced working for various well-known construction companies and rose through the ranks attaining the position of supervisor.
